When is the right time for a renovation? When the right inspiration strikes. And the Fortress team, as it turned out, had a lot.
The renovation concerns the main building of the well-known multipurpose hall on the hill of the Fortress, in which fundamental changes were made. The two pre-existing levels were abolished, resulting in the creation of a new single space that will be the largest catering hall in the city, which has unique specifications to host a multitude of events.
The new hall is particularly bright, as the interior is in direct contact with the verdant exterior, and at the same time warm and atmospheric, suitable for meals, dinners, coffee, drinks, parties, social, corporate and cultural events.
With the new operations, the Fort increases its potential as a multi-purpose catering and events venue and its team, significantly renewed, has created an entire concept that promises to make our winters more interesting indeed.
The new gastronomic project of Frourio invests in meat in the new menu which continues to include classic and favorite but new pasta and sushi dishes. At the same time, he is preparing to surprise us with special menu cards in a concept that will evoke memories of urban family comfort.
Next Friday, the start of the winter season is expected with the great wine festival returning to the Fort, which has already been decorated to host the city's first major festive event in the run-up to Christmas, which has been established for many years. Like every year, so this year, in the third week of November French Institute of Larissa and Fortress usher in the Christmas season with a glass Beaujolais Nouveau in a specially designed festive evening.
At the same time, the Christmas concept is being prepared which will on the one hand transform the garden into one of the most impressive, warm and festive scenes in the city and on the other hand will host a series of festive events for young and old.
Everything bodes well for a wonderful winter in the city's favorite and most impressive venue.
Let's fell it...
