In the Western world, for example, peanut butter has become associated in our consciousness with the predominantly American food culture, and it is surprising to find that it is a link between East and West! The same product, when used in a different cooking way, automatically transports you to different continents, tastes, aromas and habits.
THE Papagiannis OLYMPOS suggests us a basic recipe for salty pistachio salad ideal for salads, pasta, stir fry... For example, it can accompany salads, grilled vegetables and pasta cold, but it is excellent when added to the pan together with pasta and shrimps, while it can be the material with which meats, such as chicken, are coated to be cooked.
Contains the following ingredients:
- 1/2 fl. Peanut cream Papagiannis OLYMPOS
- 1 tbsp powdered ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp soya how
- 6 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (available packaged in all supermarkets)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
All we have to do is mix all the ingredients in a jar and our sauce is ready. We can keep it in the fridge for a week. Before using it, it must be left at room temperature for ten minutes. Also, this particular sauce can be put in the freezer and stay there for up to 6 months.
This particular recipe can be implemented in various variations of ingredients, depending on mood, imagination and taste preferences. Also, instead of Papagiannis OLYMPOS pistachio cream, we can use another nut cream, such as almond cream, cashews, hazelnut Papagiannis OLYMPOS or for an even more special effect the incredible 4Nuts Olympus, the cream with a mixture of four nuts, all natural from 100% nuts, without added salt and sugar!
