Μέσα από το μαγικό ταξίδι του θεάτρου σκιών, από το παιχνίδι του φωτός και της σκιάς ξεπήδησε ο Καραγκιόζης, ο δικός μας λαϊκός ήρωας. Ο ξυπόλητος πρωταγωνιστής όπου πέρα από την βαθιά παράδοση που έχει και την ιστορία που κουβαλάει στην καμπούρα του, είναι πάντα ετοιμόλογος, αστείος, σκεπτόμενος, χωρατατζής μα και σαρκαστικός και γι’ αυτό θα είναι πάντα επίκαιρος και οικείος. Μέσα στα χρόνια αντιμετωπίζει με εύθυμη φιλοσοφική διάθεση όσα πονούν την κοινωνία
The Deputy Mayor of Culture & Science of the Municipality of Larissa, the Tiritoba Municipal Puppet Theater and the Puppet Museum are organizing the 7th Larissa Puppet Theater Festival at Pappa's Mill which will last from May 8-15.
The Puppet Theater Festival includes puppet shows for young and old, street theater and puppet making workshops, a puppet exhibition and guided tours of the Puppet Museum, screenings, videos - a tribute to the late Sofia Foutzopoulou and Costas Hatziandreou who created the Tiritoba Municipal Puppet Theater in 1984 and until today has welcome countless children into his arms.
The Puppet Theater in Mylos invites its little friends and its magical world will reveal the secrets of the most unlikely creatures of fairy tales and the puppet theater.
